    KEISHA

A mother of two, yoga instructor, and Austinite living in Italy, Keisha is dedicated to creating wholesome communities by providing a safe space for people to expand their consciousness and discover their inner peace.

After leaving a “secure job” in the U.S. and moving to Italy, she realized she finally had the time to do more of what she loved; study, practice and teach yoga.

Studying extensively in the U.S. and abroad she now holds certificates as an E-RYT 500, prenatal, postnatal and kids yoga teacher.

With a desire to create community and plant her own unique yogic roots in Florence, Keisha opened Radici (roots) Yoga Wellness Center in 2012. Since then Radici Yoga has grown exponentially and continues to be the spiritual roots for locals and tourist alike.

As of recent, Keisha has discovered the powerful healing benefits of pure essential oils and has partnered with doTERRA to help others discover ways to live a more natural lifestyle.

She continues to expand her heart and knowledge through self development practices and continuing education courses.

You can find Keisha on her journey of Seva at Radici Yoga in Florence, Italy or at her family’s estate in the Tuscan countryside where she facilitates yoga teacher trainings, wellness retreats and essential oil education classes.

    Default-user-profile

Currently enrolled in a YogaTeacher Training at the Himalayan School, Niccolò’s practice combines his love for body movement and asanas with a desire for self awareness and breathing exercises, pranayama. Niccolò has been studying yoga for more than 10 years focusing on Integral Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Lino Miele and his followers, on the Himalayan tradition of Hatha Yoga, and on Ashtanga flow. His classes are a unique experience thanks to moments of meditation, massage, breathing exercises – pranayama-, and his warm and welcoming personality. Practitioners learn an integral practice that awakens the body thanks to the asanas, creates breath awareness thanks to pranayama, and offers an important tool for intellectual introspection. Niccolò loves the countryside, nature, hiking, climbing, and spending time outside, in nature, and with his animals. At Radici Yoga he teaches a modified version of the first Integral Ashtanga Yoga series and Ashtanga Flow and, during his classes, he also offers moments of guided meditation, pranayama, and guided relaxation.
